By accessing the 1bd website or platform, or using any of its services, you fully accept all Terms and conditions set out herein. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the 1bd platform.
These Terms apply to all services, pages, features, and promotions on 1bd. Using any part of the platform means you have read and agreed to these Terms.
1bd is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. It is each user's own responsibility to verify their age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.

Registration Terms
- Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.
- নিবন্ধনের সময় সঠিক ও বাস্তব তথ্য প্রদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক। ভুল বা মিথ্যা তথ্য দিয়ে একাউন্ট তৈরি করলে যেকোনো সময় একাউন্ট বাতিল করা হবে।
- A national ID card or other proof of identity may be requested for account verification.
- Use a strong password to keep your account secure, and never share your login credentials with anyone.
User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you lose your password or suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
- Conducting any fraudulent or illegal activity on the platform is strictly prohibited. Using software or technology to gain automated or unfair advantages is not permitted.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions is prohibited. If any irregularity is detected, the account balance may be voided and the account closed.

Payment, Transaction & Balance Policy
All financial transactions on 1bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are supported.
Deposit Rules
- Each payment method has a set minimum deposit amount that must be met. Transactions below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
- Once a deposit is made, it may take a moment for the balance to appear in your account. 1bd is not liable for delays caused by technical issues.
- The payment method used must be registered under the same name as the account. Deposits from payment sources bearing a different name may be rejected.
Withdrawal Rules
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be put on hold.
- বোনাস ব্যালেন্স উত্তোলনের জন্য নির্ধারিত ওয়াগারিং শর্ত পূরণ করতে হবে। শর্ত পূরণ না করলে বোনাস ব্যালেন্স তুলে নেওয়া যাবে না।
- প্রতারণামূলক বা সন্দেহজনক লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রে উত্তোলন স্থগিত রেখে তদন্ত করা হবে।

Limitation of Liability
The 1bd platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 1bd's liability is limited in the event of losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party service failures. 1bd is not responsible for bets cancelled due to internet disconnection. 1bd does not accept liability for financial losses resulting from a user's own negligence.

Copying, reproducing, or commercially using any element without prior permission is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken against anyone who infringes these rights.

1bd may integrate services from third-party game providers or payment gateways. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, available on their respective websites. 1bd bears no responsibility for third-party services or decisions.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
1bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Creating an account using false or fabricated information.

- Illegal or fraudulent financial transactions.
- Attempting to interfere with or compromise platform security.

Suspended accounts may be reinstated following a completed investigation and successful verification. Balances on permanently closed accounts will be returned provided there is no evidence of fraudulent activity.
Users may also close their account themselves
You may request to close your 1bd account at any time of your own accord. In this case:
- Any withdrawable balance will be paid out in full.
- Bonus balance will be forfeited.
- Re-registration is permitted after an account has been closed.
